Is the product ready?

The products listed in ready stock catalog, if any color / type is out of stock, we will inform it in the description product.

Are the prices listed on the product included with the postage?

Shipping cost is not included in the price stated on the product, postage will be added after you make order and enter shipping address.

Does the product get in a day?

The receipt time of the product you ordered matches the type of delivery of the selected expedition.

If I already made an order of goods, when will it be processed?

If payment confirmation is made before 14:00 (Monday-Friday), orders will be processed onthe same day. If confirmationis made after that time, the order will be processedin the next business day. Please remember that we do not process delivery on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays (red dates). Orders on Suturday or holidays will be processed as soon as the store reopens.

What if I have paid all the orders and the goods are out of stock (out of stock)?

If your order is up, we will contact you directly via E-mail.

What if I bought the goods wrongly, could I swap?
We apologize, for any error other than our party (customer negligence), can not be replaced / reimburse for any reason (wrong or forgot to choose the right model / colour / size), so make sure your order is correct before you make payment. Before making payment, make sure to check your order by double checking which we have sent also via email. Compliance to product purchase error can not be received, please double check before you make payment whether the product you purchased is correct or not model, color, or size.
If for example I want to replace / added the goods that i already made, can it be done?

Order already made can not be replaced at all. But if you already make payment and already confirm payment, then the order can not be replaced again for any reason. This is because we will immediately packed the goods that is already confirmed, and likelihood the goods have been picked up by the courier. If you want to add order, then please to make new order and do confirm payment again as before.

If the order i received does not match my order, then how?
